Leverage BJJ runs Gi and No-Gi classes and open rolling six days a week at our TTDI academy, plus kids Gi classes on weekends. Every class teaches concepts and techniques, then specific drills, and always ends with rolling.

Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Traditional kimono jiu-jitsu. Concepts and techniques are taught first, followed by specific drills, and every session ends with rolling.
No-Gi Grappling
Faster-paced submission grappling without the kimono, led by Prof Zebra, Prof Shoma and Prof Aaron on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.
Open Rolling Sessions
Dedicated Gi and No-Gi rolling blocks midday Tuesday and Wednesday and early Friday morning — ideal for shift workers and flexible schedules.
Kids BJJ
Gi classes for children on Saturday at 4:30 PM and Sunday at 9:00 AM, building discipline, coordination and confidence.

What time are BJJ classes at Leverage BJJ in Kuala Lumpur?
Classes run Tuesday to Sunday: Tuesday 1–3 PM and 8–10 PM (Gi), Wednesday 1–3 PM (No-Gi) and 5–7 PM (Gi), Thursday 8–10 PM (No-Gi), Friday 7–8 AM (Gi rolling), Saturday 2–4:30 PM (Gi), and Sunday 2–4:30 PM (No-Gi). Kids Gi classes are Saturday 4:30 PM and Sunday 9:00 AM.
Do I need experience to start Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?
No. The Tuesday 8 PM Gi class with Prof Marwan is beginner focused, and every class starts with concepts and techniques before drilling, so newcomers are guided step by step.

What facilities are available at the gym?
The academy has showers, toilets, a cold plunge and coffee. Mats are cleaned regularly with disinfectant and the gym is professionally sanitised.
